Frequently Asked Questions
How do I know which charger, cable, or adapter I need?
Charging compatibility can be confusing, especially with USB-C, USB-A, different wattages, and fast-charging standards. Check the compatibility and specifications listed on each product page. If you’re still unsure, contact us with the device you’re trying to charge and we’ll help you find the right option.
Will a higher-wattage charger damage my device?
Generally, no. Modern USB charging devices typically negotiate how much power they need, so a device only draws the amount of power it supports when used with compatible equipment.
For example, a phone that accepts up to 25W can normally be connected to a 65W USB-C charger without being forced to take 65W. However, the charger, cable, device, and charging protocol all play a role in compatibility.
Why isn't my device charging at the advertised maximum speed?
The advertised wattage of a charger or power bank is only one part of the equation. Your device must support that charging rate, and the cable and charging protocol must also be compatible. On multi-port chargers, available power may also be divided between connected devices.
Check the product specifications for supported outputs and charging standards.
Are batteries included with products that require them?
It depends on the product. The product description will indicate whether batteries are included. If batteries are required but not included, we’ll list the type and quantity needed whenever that information is available.
How much does shipping cost?
We offer free standard shipping on orders of $70 or more. Shipping options and rates for orders below $70 are calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
When will my order arrive?
