Refund policy

30-Day Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items must:

  • Be in new, unused condition

  • Be in original packaging

  • Include proof of purchase

  • Show no signs of installation, wear, or alteration

Returns must be requested within 30 days of receipt. Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

We strongly recommend that all returns include tracking. Dynamic Power Supply LLC is not responsible for lost or missing return shipments. Returns that are not received will not be eligible for a refund.

Signature confirmation is not required.


Lost Returns

If a return is lost in transit and not received by us, no refund will be issued. Customers are responsible for retaining proof of shipment and tracking information.


Condition of Returned Items

Items must be returned unopened and unused.

We do not accept returns for items that have been opened, installed, used, or altered.

For safety reasons, batteries and electrical components showing signs of installation or use are not eligible for return.

If a returned item does not meet these conditions, no refund will be issued.


Defective or Non-Operational Items

If you believe an item is defective or non-operational, you must contact us within 30 days of delivery.

Defective items must be returned for inspection. Refund approval is issued only after inspection and is at the sole discretion of Dynamic Power Supply LLC.


Shipping Damage

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

Refunds for damaged items are issued only in cases of verified shipping-related damage. Customers must notify us promptly if damage is suspected.

All damage claims are subject to inspection and approval at our discretion.


Inspection & Processing

Returns are inspected within 3–5 business days after receipt.

If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method only.


Refunds

Refunds cover the purchase price of the item only.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

We do not charge restocking fees.

Refunds are processed within 10 business days of approval. Financial institutions may require additional time to post funds.

Exchanges

To exchange an item, return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order once the return has been approved.


Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Perishable goods

  • Custom or personalized products

  • Hazardous materials

  • Flammable liquids or gases

  • Gift cards

We do not designate items as “final sale” unless explicitly stated at the time of purchase.


European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If merchandise is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason.

Items must remain unopened, unused, and in original packaging with proof of purchase.
